Schedule:  Full Time, 8 p.m. - 8 a.m., 3 days per week in our home-like inpatient facility

General Statement of Duties: Provides personal care to hospice patients. Provides services to assist in the maintenance of a safe, clean environment.

Education and Experience:

  1. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with the patient and family, the attending physician, coworkers and outside agencies.
  2. Current West Virginia eNLC Registered Nurse license is required.
  3. Minimum of one year nursing experience, home health or medical surgical nursing in an inpatient setting preferred.
  4. Able to provide own transportation, and a license to drive with current liability insurance. Driving record meets Hospice’s insurance company standards.
  5. Able to demonstrate computer proficiency/competency.

Pay: $35.08 - $37.95 per hour  Plus night shift differentials of $2-3/hour.  Retention bonus of $4,000 offered in 11/23.
