Light Up A Life (Hampshire County)
December 7, 2021 @ 5:15 pm
You are invited to Light Up A Life by dedicating a circle of light, angel or light for the Hospice of the Panhandle luminaria service. There will also be a special section of lights for veterans being recognized by their families. Those recognized with a circle of light will be remembered or honored with a personalized clear globe that holds a candle. The ornaments and candles will be mailed to those who dedicated them after the ceremonies. Those recognized with an angel will be remembered or honored with a handcrafted, personalized angel and an angel luminaria. Angels will be mailed to those who dedicated them after the ceremonies. Those recognized with a light will be remembered or honored with a white luminaria. Once lit, the luminaries will remain lit all night.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CEREMONY
This year’s ceremonies will be broadcast at each ceremony site and on Facebook Live at Facebook.com/HospiceofthePanhandle. Because of COVID-19, there will not be an option to attend the ceremonies inside. However, we do encourage you to see your loved ones’ luminaries, listen to the short ceremony and view the photos outside or by driving by the ceremony site. Please respect appropriate social distancing and wear a mask if within 6 feet of another attendee, Hospice staff member or volunteer.
