The National Family Caregivers Association
Represents the more than 25 million family caregivers in this country. NFCA's mission is to improve the overall quality of life of America's family caregivers. NFCA provides information and education, support and validation, public awareness and advocacy. Their web site has links to other organizations and web sites for help finding: respite care, adult day services, prescription discounts, caregiver training, elder care, etc.

This is a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) to engage everyone in improving end of life care.

NHPCO is the largest nonprofit membership organization representing hospice and palliative care programs and professionals in the U.S. This site will help you find a hospice in your area and more information about hospice and palliative care.

Hospice Council of West Virginia
The Hospice Council of West Virginia exists solely to promote the hospice care concept in the state of West Virginia.

HPNA promotes excellence in end-of-life nursing. This site provides convenient access to current information in the areas of hospice and palliative nursing.
