an advance directive (living will and or a medical power of attorney)
assures a person that his or her end-of-life care wishes are honored
and gives direction to the family so crisis decision-making can
be avoided.
Hospice of the Panhandle provides educational programs
to the community about advance care planning and maintains a supply
of all West Virginia advance directive documents.
